Girls’ Generation will be performing alongside other artists at the Google Headquarters, located in San Jose, California. The group will perform at an employee-only event on May 21st at 6PM PST with TVXQ, Super Junior, KARA, SISTAR, MBLAQ, BEAST, and the Wonder Girls. This will be the first time a K-Pop concert of this scale will be held in the Bay Area. The concert will also be the first ever K-Pop event to be broadcast by Google, alongside Korean network, MBC. Regarding the concert, a staff member said, “The interest in local concert holders has increased with word of Korean singers performing at Google headquarters. Korean singers’ concerts were usually at the focus of resident Koreans, but this Google concert will have local American pop fans. This will prove that Korean artists’ concerts don’t only appeal to Korean fans, but to global fans. We are predicting that through this concert, the demand for Korean singers’ concerts in the US will increase greatly.” Meanwhile, the day before the concert at Google, SM artists will be holding the SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR III concert at the Honda Center in the Los Angeles area on May 20th. SNSD’s Taetiseo to Appear Together for the First Time on ‘Wide Entertainment News’

Taetiseo will be appearing as a group for the first time on television since the release of its single. The group will be guesting on the May 3 broadcast of Mnet’s Wide Entertainment News, which will take place live at the Open Studio located in Seoul’s CJ E&M Center. The broadcast is already drawing people to the studio, as it will be the first appearance of Girls’ Generation’s (SNSD) first unit group, which is already proving to be a big success on music charts.
Large groups of SNSD fans gathered in front of the studio, which has a glass wall through which fans can watch the shooting from outside, even though it would be a long time before the broadcast starts, proving the group’s popularity. The girls of Taetiseo will be opening up on how they feel about their debut, and will be answering questions through the show’s Talk Bingo section, which features a bingo board with questions the stars must answer honestly in order to get the squares marked off. After appearing in Wide Entertainment News, Taetiseo will perform its single Twinkle for the first time on Mnet’s M Countdown, and will continue its line of promotions with a performance on KBS2’s Music Bank on May 4, MBC’s Music Core on May 5 and SBS’ Inkigayo on May 6.
